We recently had to get a new roof to make our homeowners insurance company happy, Ty & Southern Coast Roofing are great! They are professional, quick, use quality materials, and clean up after the job is done. And an added bonus, they were the most affordable of the quotes we received for a new roof. We've used Southern Coast in the past to replace a cracked sky light, and they fixed a leak a different company couldn't. We have, and would, recommend Southern Coast Roofing to friends and family.M & L

Easy to reach and work with. Called the day before coming, texted pictures of the work being done and showed where repairs needed to be done. Left the job site clean as if they were never there. I would recommend to anyone that needs any of the services they provide.

It was a pleasure to work with Southern Coast Roofing.Memo was very nice and the whole team was very quick and professional. I was able to get on the schedule when it was good for us and the roof was replaced in 1 day. Inspection passed and we are very happy with the service and everyone at Southern Coast Roofing. This is an excellent roofing company. They have done many ReRoofing jobs for me over the last 8 years since I am in the real estate business. They always do a great job, use quality materials, and warranty their work. They also offer a warranty transfer option to my customers when we resell the property. Their customer service is awesome, and they always make it right for their customers. The fact that I am still using them after 8 years is proof they are a solid company to do business with, for 1 job, or many jobs. I recommend them to my friends and family, and anyone else that asks me for a referral.

Southern Coast Roofing has completed 23 roof installations for our Condo Association in the last 3 years. His employees are polite, courteous and efficient. They perform like a well oiled machine, each employee knows exactly what to do. The team is always on time and they always places tarps to protect the area being worked and do an outstanding job with the installation and clean up when done.While performing the installation if they find something needing repair they notify their boss and he will get in touch with me and discuss what it entails and if there is a cost. It has been the owners and my pleasure to have had the pleasure of his company and I highly recommend his company if in need for any roofing installation.

I chose Southern Coast Roofing to replace my roof after receiving bids from three vendors. All three were fairly close in price, but Southern Cost Roofing was the least expensive, and I was very impressed with the person that inspected and quoted the work, Ty. From my decision through the final work being cleaned up, I was very impressed. The work team was very efficient and effective, they did a great job and they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Top notch crew. They did exactly what they said they would do and on time. Minimal disturbance to my house. Everything was cleaned up and left in better condition than when they arrived. They communicated every detail of the job to me. Elaine the site supervisor was GREAT.
